Gostilna Jež is a family-run restaurant in the Posavje region, where tradition meets contemporary interpretation. We draw inspiration from the local surroundings, trusted homemade flavors, and high-quality ingredients from nearby farms – our dishes remain honest, recognizable, and full of character.

Each plate is created under the direction of Chef Rok Martinčič, who respects the heritage of the region and elevates it with a modern culinary vision.
